I have lived here for 3 years from applying to moving in the same week. Now currently moving out . I wanted to share my experience living here was an extraordinary experience . From management making it so accessible to apply and moving in too processing a smooth transition out . The amenities here are so modern and very clean.
I want to point out how quick and easy the resources are here from having a online portal to submit Rent & Submit Work orders in case the Tenant comes across a maintenance issue which do happen and it happen to me as a tenant. In fact, I was fascinated how quickly the maintenance team works so shout out to you fellas ð¤ð«µ.
Moreover , I want to point out how the parking area is a gated area where in my experience I never encounter an issue I found it extremely safe. In addition , one of the main things I will point out that there is security walking around (at night ) patrolling which made me feel as a tenant very important and secure.
The property is quite spacious which the amenities are amazing which one of my top favorite was the GYM ðª. Which shout out to the person that had this fascinating idea to design the gym the way it is because separating the cardio machines and weights in a two story structure is amazing . Also the investment on great machines is a major plus . I will include I had to email management for a machine malfunction which they replied the same day and had it fix right away which again I was very satisfied .
Also I enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit very handy also very reliable equipment .
To conclude this review I want to give a shout out to management , very efficient, highly reliable staff. Shout to the Manager Marlene very great customer connection my respects .
