Hi, I just wanted to thank the recent good service I've had from Victor or Hector (I'm sorry I've been bad with names) and the cleaning done by Jennifer. I've asked for small additional favors outside of the normal ask and their normal duties and I've really come to appreciate it. Living here has been really awesome and I hope anyone who moves in meets these guys cuz they're nice and dutiful. And if anyone moves here, they'll really feel like they don't wanna move. I don't know what's in store for the end of my lease, but I hope to stay. But prices will always increase due to inflation so we'll see right?

This is a review for Anthony and Fernando. They did a great job fixing multiple electrical outlets in our apartment. They are nice and are quick with maintenance.

I want to give Fernando 5 stars for his amazing help.. I came home late last night from work and I wasn't able to lock my front door after calling the emergency number a few times he answered.. He came and assisted with fixing my lock to my door.. Thank you again Fernando!!

This review is for Fernando in maintenance. I’ve had a couple issues in my apartment and he’s always responded super quick. Today I had an electrical issue and even though it was in the evening on a weekend he was at my door within 10 minutes of my call. He went to get the proper parts, and didn’t leave until he knew it was 100% fixed. He’s great!

Fernando with maintenance is always super friendly and helpful. Very prompt to help with any issues.
