Fernando was prompt and quick repairing my dryer vent, kitchen faucet, and filters. Great job!

I love living in this complex! We haven't had any major issues, but maintenance is very quick to fix any issues we do have. Fernando came and fixed our AC unit over a holiday weekend, we were very impressed in his skills and his professionalism. Also I am impressed with how quiet living in this building is - I was worried that a new build like this would have thin walls where you hear every sound your neighbor makes but that is thankfully not the case.

Anthony and Fernando are always super quick, efficient, and very nice. My thermostat stopped working and they got it up and running in about 15 minutes. Thank you so much!

Fernando came through and fixed the water pressure for our toilet and even our bathroom faucet. Saved the day. Thanks again for the great service!! Welcome back Fernando.

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent work done recently by one of the maintenance team members, Fernando. He was prompt in responding to our repair requests and demonstrated professionalism and skill throughout the process. The repairs were completed efficiently, and the work area was left clean and tidy. We are very satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend Fernando and Victor for any maintenance needs.

Victor did a great job fixing everything that needed to be fixed. He did it so fast. He also confirmed with me about clothing that was stuck in between the washer and metal cover from a previous tenant before throwing it away. He also cleaned up after himself which is always a plus.

I have been living at Union South Bay apartments for 5 months and it has been simply awesome. The leasing office team are exceptional especially Marleni and Leslie. Fernando from maintenance team is stellar as well. If you are planning to live in Carson then I would highly recommend Union South Bay apartments.

Fernando fixed the top of my door so that it will open properly from this summer heat. It’s been bothering us for the last month or so and he resolved it efficiently. Very skilled and friendly. Thanks for the great service Fernando!!
